Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact us on 01284 700768 Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm stating the reason for return/exchange. Your request can then be actioned accordingly.

Any returned product(s) must be complete and where possible returned with their original outer packaging. You do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your custody and control. Where necessary Technical Mobility Support Ltd reserves the right to pursue costs in relation to any damage on returned goods where it is deemed that you have not taken reasonable care of the product this may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Technical Mobility Support Ltd where we deem that reasonable care has not been taken.

Made to Measure / Prescriptive orders

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on product(s) that are Made To Order, have been specially adapted to suit your requirements, or for products that can void Health & Safety regulations if used e.g. incontinence, bathroom or toilet products. A refund can only be given if the product(s) arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. For incontinence products a refund can only be granted if you haven’t opened the outer packaging/wrapping.

Product Guarantees

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee.

Liability

Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Force Majeure

We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

Severability

In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law
