We ordered an electric reclining chair for my mum, who had come out of hospital. She has quite specific needs so Toby spent an awful lot of time, liaising with the occupational therapist, the care company, mum and the family. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an absolute pleasure to listen to Toby’s expertise about the chair and how it would be adapted to mum’s needs. Toby brought the chair to mum’s a couple of days ago and spent a long time there, making sure everything was perfect. Mum, her carer’s and the family are delighted and it means that mum can be hoisted into the chair rather than being bed bound. Toby has made the whole experience so smooth in what has been a difficult situation and I would recommend TMS Mobility to everyone.
