I thoroughly recommend TMS Mobility to anyone buying either their first or a subsequent mobility scooter. I have purchased two scooters from TMS and have found them patient, friendly and a source of sound advice - including about matters you might have overlooked.They recommend what is best for your needs, rather than what they simply want to sell (unlike some of the large "chain" operators.) After-sales service is excellent too.
In view of the strength of my recommendation, let me make it completely clear that I have absolutely no connection with TMS other than as a very satisfied customer.

I cannot recommend TMS enough. I have come to them before to replace the caster wheels on my wheelchair, and they did exactly what I needed right there on the day. I came to them again more recently and discovered the frame of my wheelchair had been damaged, and I would need a whole new chair. They first tried to find a pre-built display chair that I could have had for less money than a brand new one - it unfortunately didn't fit me but they were very quick in finding one and arranging a time for me to come and try it out. Once we decided an entirely new chair was necessary, Toby arranged for a rep from Kuschall to come in and fit me for a new chair. Both Toby and the rep were very professional but friendly as always and explained every step of the process to me to ensure I could choose what was right for me. I was able to place the order for the chair on the day and have just picked it up today. Toby called me as soon as it had been delivered to let me know I could come any time to pick it up. He also adjusted the wheels from my previous wheelchair to fit the new one so I have a spare set of wheels. All in all, I couldn't be happier with absolutely everything and I am very grateful to them for their wonderful service and conduct.
